What will your work as a Recruitment Placement Student involve?
As a Recruitment Placement Student, you will be actively involved in filling all vacancies at our Echt branch, maintaining contact with department heads in order to identify the needs of each department, and finding candidates through a variety of recruitment channels and making a preliminary selection for the various departments. You will play an active role in conducting job interviews and will remain closely involved with candidates throughout the onboarding process. In addition, you and your fellow team members will represent VIRO at relevant trade fairs, exhibitions and networking events.

From our sites in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria, we serve clients worldwide in the aerospace, amusement park engineering, automotive, energy, food, industrial & utility construction, maritime, offshore, processing and semiconductor industries.
You’re a passionate and driven student in the third year of your Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business Economics or an equivalent field. You are eager to learn, have a proactive attitude, and are able to work independently as well as in a team. You also have:
- a creative and enterprising mindset
- good communication skills
- good standard of Dutch and English
